I currently offer individual counselling and therapy to adults in London, Oxford Circus, at One Therapy London. In am also offering face-to-face therapy’s sessions in Bournemouth, from the Consulting Centre. And in Poole, from the Dorset Practice.
My Central London therapy room is located a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus station, easily accessible by buses and tube. It has toilet facilities, but no waiting room, which means I will not be able to answer the door before the actual time of your session.
My practice in Bournemouth is located in the Westbourne area. The Consulting Centre has a waiting room and toilet facilities. It has also some wheelchair’s accessible rooms. The parking is free for 3 hours at Tesco, opposite the centre. It also has good transport links, with bus stops right outside the centre.
My practice in Poole is located on the high street. The Dorset Practice is at the 3rd floor and has no step-free access. There are toilet facilities at the practice, but there is no waiting room, so you are advised to arrive on time as I will not be able to answer the door before the appointment.
I can offer weekday sessions, mornings, afternoons and evenings, depending on your availability.

The first session is an initial consultation and it is an opportunity to discuss all the practicalities, as well as how we can work together and what kind of therapy would be more suitable for you. This session will lasts 50 minutes.
Further sessions will then be at the same time and place, and each will last for 50 minutes.

In Central London, the fee for Initial consultation is £100. Following sessions are charged based on a sliding scale. Face-to-face and online sessions available at the moment.
I am also still offering Skype, Zoom and telephone sessions when required.
May I help?
If you think counselling may be helpful, do contact me by phone (07894857491) or by email. I’d be pleased to have a short (15 minutes) chat about what I can offer. Initially we can meet for an initial consultation, where we can talk about practicalities and what you would like to get from counselling and therapy.
